- To conduct conferences, workshops and training seminars to promote an understanding of substance abuse and to inform our members and fellow citizens in our community.
- To develop, collect and circulate resources on substance abuse including curriculum, manuals, articles and other material.
- To maintain updated information, scientific based research and studies of substance abuse.
- To have a measurable outcomes whereby the goals and objectives can be evaluated by the Directors of the program.
- To offer assistance to all states in improving and advancing their efforts to implement and or to improve their individual lodges drug awareness program.
